PRIVACY NOTICE
This Privacy Notice sets out the basis by which the Enderby Bowls Club (‘The Club’) processes members’ personal data.

DATA CONTROLLER
The Club is the ‘Data Controller’ for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.

STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
The Club stores the following membership information –
Name
Address
Telephone numbers
Email address

The Club will store such membership information securely on the Club’s database and may use such information in the following ways –

To send details of events, through newsletters and emails
To send information that is relevant to club membership
To allow Club team captains to contact members

Members’ information is stored at the Club’s Data Processor’s home on a stand‐alone computer using Microsoft Excel software.

THIRD PARTIES AND MEMBERS’ INFORMATION
The Club do not share information with third parties.

CHANGES TO MEMBERS’ INFORMATION
The Club will retain your members’ information until you decide otherwise. If you would like to access information that the Club holds about you, or if you would like to change information held, then please contact the Club by email (enderbybowlingclub@gmail.com) or telephone the Club Secretary.
